** To guarantee that your comments are considered, we need to receive them before the deadline set out in the notification letter, site notice or press advertisement (See Comments Due Date above). We will still consider comments received after this deadline, provided that the decision has not already been taken.

In the case of an application that will need to be determined by one of the WNC Planning Committees, we will accept comments from the public up until the start of the committee meeting. Where it is known that the application will go to Committee, we will seek to provide an estimated date of that committee in the Committee Date above, so that the public have a rough idea of the timeframe available. Where the box contains a date, that is the earliest anticipated committee date, rather than a definite, fixed date (the actual date could be later, but not sooner). In any event, we recommend that members of the public submit comments to us at your earliest convenience.
