We have concerns over the amount of evening sunlight available to the rear of our property. In the summer time the sun sets just beyond the edge of the current roof pitch of Number 52. Changing the profile of the roof will likely inhibit the amount of sunlight, and cast a shadow in our garden. Adding high level, rear facing windows within the proposed loft conversion at Number 52 will reduce garden privacy for us and all our neighbours. We also have concerns over the additional foul water drainage demand proposed at Number 52. Within our garden, we have an inspection chamber that connects and serves our neighbours at Number 50. This connection point occasionally blocks and needs to be cleared from our property. If Number 52 is also connected on the same drain then this will likely increase the blockage issues.
