I am very concerned about this development and the lack of amenities available within it. I live on Grange Park and the school is already oversubscribed and it’s very difficult to get an appointment with the doctor or dentist. More facilities within the build need to be catered for. At certain times if the day it’s very difficult to get in and out of Grange Park, people using amenities here would already add to the traffic and issues the estate faces.
