Just too crammed in grange park since warehouses went in. Limited parking, pressure on local services, access in and out of estate. All of these would need further investment and improvement before additional houses are built. Improvements made to date have not been adequate and growth without investing in local business and services, impacting the daily lives of residents. More houses will be more pain for more families.
