I do not feel the development is sustainable in planning terms. No local bus service is provided, no school, retail or local facilities are detailed in the application. This will therefore lead to lots or car based journeys and further increase on the local road network, and a further increase air pollution. The local Grange park school has been oversubscribed for years so cant accommodate children from this development. This means everyone will be driving to other primary schools, therefore the application isn't sustainable and should be rejected in its present form. The developer should be providing these facilities to demonstrate a sustainable development otherwise the application should be rejected.
