I would like to object to this development on the basis it will place significant additional strain on amenities in the area, given there is no provision for additional medical services (doctors, dentists) or schools. It will also place significant additional pressure on existing infrastructure. In addition, it will create significant additional noise pollution to our home, as the main thoroughfare from this new development to Grange Park runs closely adjacent to our property. Furthermore, there is a disproportionate mix of social housing included within this development, creating a community which is out of line with the general population and as such carries the risk of greater issues. All of the above could be reasonably expected to reduce the value of houses in the area.
