The proposed development will not have a visual impact on the village, how ever it will have an impact on traffic. the access point could not be worse, on the inside of a bend. We have seen the level of traffic rise alarmingly in the last 12 months. With most of this increase being H.G.V's. 330 houses produce up to 3,300 vehicle movements a day. Most of this traffic will go to Quinton and then Wootton and along Wooldale road to the A508 to get to Northampton. This can't happen without a major upgrade to Washbrook Lane.
