I object due to: - No new school, doctors, dentist, or shop being provided. - Already there's not enough school spaces for Grange Park residents, 330 extra dwellings will significantly make this situation worse having an adverse impact on the community of Grange Park. - The main walk way being proposed connecting the new development to Grange Park runs directly past our house which will have a significant impact of increased litter, dog fouling and noise. - With 50% of the development being proposed as either social or affordable housing this creates an unbalanced community. - The increase in traffic will have a negative impact on people's commute to work, plus create more congestion and safety issues around the Quinton road roundabout and CCS and J15 of the M1 and the A45. - The increase in traffic creates further saftey issues along Quinton road which is the main route children from Grange Park take to walk to CCS.
