Again we strongly object the planning Application for 300 houses & potential 420-place Primary School. Our views on how it will increase road traffic, pollution &noise. We reiterate that cyclists, dog walkers, runners &local people on foot will face a much more dangerous route, less feeedom to enjoy their current countryside of Quinton. The community &history of Quinton is a real asset in educating and celebrating our wonderful country. Historical monuments, rich agricultural land, Norman Church with former rectory, beautiful stone cottages. The local people of Quinton hold festival; reinactments with a May Queen &town cryer. To let this amazing village be swallowed up with hundreds of houses with extra cars will be a great loss to the existing community. Hanslope approx 5 miles away is already increasing housing by a hugh percentage &causing extra traffic around the outskirts of Quinton. We need to protect Quinton& preserve what we have for future generations.
