The area of Grange Park is already overcrowded with pressures placed on local services (doctors, dentist, schools). Traffic is a major problem due to the closeness to the M1 and alternative routes getting jammed up when there is an incident nearby. With the additional traffic from the relatively recent local businesses (Clipper, Amazon etc) this has been made worse already in the last year, without the additional housing you are proposing. The road routes in and out of Grange Park are already regularly jammed up. In the planning application it says that there is land for a primary school, however this has not been approved. Surely this would need to be a condition of the houses being built due to how oversubscribed Woodland View Primary School already is? Especially when other local primary schools are also at capacity. As far as I'm aware, secondary schools in the area are also at or near capacity.
