Again we haven’t learnt any lessons around how strained the infrastructure is on Grange Park every day. The warehouses are bad enough. We simply cannot cope with additional houses without additional roads, schools, doctors and dental surgeries. Stop now before it grinds to a complete halt. It took me 45 minutes just to leave the estate recently! This is becoming more and more common place. It will start to seek compensation through loss of earnings if it gets any worse!
