There is no provision of doctor, dentist or shops in the new proposal. With 300 househouseholds being added to these already stretched resources. It will be totally unmanageable. Existing Grange Park House owners are already being turned away at the dentist. Car parking in the shopping area is already very tight, with another 300 homes using it, it will be chaos. The development must be stand alone and not change the living conditions of those of us who already live on Grange Park.
