The revised plans do nothing to address the impact the new houses will have on Grange Park (GP) and local infrastructure. A key issue on GP is the parking around the local shops and services. These new houses will use the ones on GP as new ones aren’t planned making the issue worse. The main path proposed from the new estate to GP runs past our house which will have a significant impact of anti-social behaviour. The new school will need students from GP to make it viable and with the path being used as a short cut will increase traffic parked outside our house causing further issues. With 50% of the development being affordable housing this creates an unbalanced community. The increase in traffic will have a negative impact on the commute to work and safety issues along Quinton road - the main route children walk to CCS. I can’t see any logic in the houses being built so close to the M1 and no plans for improvements to the local infrastructure - I strongly oppose this proposal.
