I strongly object to this revised Planning Application using the same objections as before. By reducing the number of dwellings by 30 and adding a site for a Primary School will not reduce the traffic on the Wootton Road (known historically as the Washbrook Lane (as it floods!)) Should the Primary School ever be built, traffic will INCREASE with both teacher and pupil transport and no mention is made of a Secondary School? The Quinton Road is a country lane, which already has HGVs using it and is not suitable for increased traffic.Further down the valley, Wootton Brook floods. More building will exacerbate this problem. Remember Caroline Chisholm School flooded recently, still not fully operational. Pollution from the nearby M1 is also a negative factor.Residents will be isolated, being rejected. Use some common sense and REJECT IT.
