I wish to strongly object to the above application - Land South of Grange Park, Quinton Road, Northampton for the following reasons: The application is unsustainable, no amenities, bus service etc. There are numerous potential dangers, traffic increase will exacerbate noise and emissions pollution. Volume of traffic onto small country land making it dangerous for all vehicles, pedestrians, wildlife, cyclists and may well prevent emergency vehicle access. The proposed development is in open countryside, on an archaeological iron age farmstead site and would completely ruin the villages of Quinton and Courteenhall. It would appear the application is badly planned, unsustainable, dangerous and developer lead. Please do not permit it to progress further.
