I strongly object to the above planning permission.Quinton is a beautiful & rural setting which was our village of choice when we moved here 2 years ago to start a family.Now pregnant with our first child, if the planning is granted this will no longer be the area we chose to raise our child.Our beautiful countryside and walks will be ruined.The proposal doesn’t enhance our countryside or resident wildlife & the roads just do not have capacity to cope with all the additional dwellings.The health impacts by building these houses so close to the M1 must be dangerous putting more pressure on our local surgeries.This application clearly hasn’t been thought through and is just clearly a money making exercise to line the developers pockets.
