The ILLUSTRATIVE MASTERPLAN drawing says it all - this is an ill-conceived example of speculative, "UNIDENTIFIED"" agricultural land being put forward to attempt procurement of development greed - throw enough money at an application and see what happens! It is designed with a cynical neglect for local road safety, ignorance and indifference towards the obvious adjoining vehicular congestion, loss of rural greenfield environment and all this in a patently "UNSUSTAINABLE" rural location. It should be REFUSED on the grounds of ROAD SAFETY, UNSUSTAINABILITY and being in the GREENBELT
