I object to the application on the basis that the application has no amenities and is reliant upon the existing amenities within Grange Park. The existing amenities within Grange Park are already oversubscribed, in particular the school. The application is made by an applicant you owns the adjacent land land which is being prepared for a further application. Whilst in isolation neither application may require further amenities under planning policy such should be provided under an initial application irrespective of the number of houses any given application.
