I object to this proposal on the grounds of lack of transport options. The development has a large proportion of affordable homes but no public transport. So each house is largely dependent on having access to a car for school runs, shopping, travel to work etc. The local roads are already overloaded and Wootton Road is the main route for hundreds of children walking/cycling to CCS so not one I would want to put another 300 cars on at rush hour.
