I am concerned of the proposed 330 dwellings. There is not enough planned supporting infrastructure for the large number of dwellings proposed. One entrance to and from will not be sufficient nor allow emergency services appropriate access, from the main road. The links to the M1 are poor and will increase the already lengthy wait times. In addition, there are no provisions to support the already over prescribed primary school or local services such as drs surgery, where is currently can take up to 2 weeks to obtain an appointment. I am also concerned about the noise from building work (living directly behind the woodland area where the proposed building would commence.
