This area is under massive infrastructure pressure with roads at peak times barely able to cope. The area was meant to be a country development with land around for residents to enjoy. Further housing on top of the Grange Park estate will ruin the existing development and substantially detract from what is a nice place to live. Doctors, dentist, schools etc can not even cope with existing demand, so unsure how additional families can be supported with the existing services.
