I can’t see who will benefit from the development apart from the developer. To build 300+ houses with no amenities is ridiculous. The area suffers from over subscribed schools and health care facilities. The new development has no public transport provision other than that already within Grange Park encouraging more traffic on already gridlocked roads. If the council intend to grant permission at the very least ensure essential services are provisioned and the community get some benefit from craming more houses into an already congested area.
