Please see document attached, which is a representation of the views of those in numbers 18 to 22 Key points, and additional comments : Development is within 50 feet of my boundary which breaches an existing covenant The space allowed for bins is insufficent and is on my boundary. Residents need their own bin stores or they will not look after them which will lead to bad smells rats and the like The site visible from the road, footpath and bridleway The 'existing' barns are tumbled down and will need extensive repairs. They are also not all open at the front and are not deep enough to garage a car without extensive alterations. Such extensive alterations would I believe in a rebuilding of the barns which would constitute development (well within 50 yards of my boundary) I need reassurance that there is no intention to make an alteration to my existing access through the rear of the property to the playing field, as well as assurances we will not be overlooked
